The work in Building 11430 is a one-story structure 26,587-square-foot. The scope of the work consisted of the replacement of the entire HVAC and Fire Alarm, architectural finishes, air sealing the building envelope (windows and doors), and associated site work. In addition to the fire alarm work, the existing sprinkler system was modified based on functional requirements.
