Quality Control Manager
The Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) is responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities of specific projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards. The CQCM role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the work flow process and working with other in-house personnel (e.g.: Project Managers, Project Coordinators etc.) and external personnel to produce and document a quality product. The CQCM reports directly to the Project Manager and the VP of Construction.

Career Level/Years of Experience Desired
5-10 years of experience in construction quality control
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in the construction industry with a general contractor engaged in general building construction
  • Knowledge of a wide range of construction materials, methods, and techniques
  • Combination of high school diploma with QC experience and certifications will be considered
  • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers "Construction Quality Management for Contractors" Certification
  • Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry
  • OSHA 30-hour certification
  • OSHA HAZWOPER
  • Must have knowledge of EM 385
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work remote locations
  • Ability to travel and move depending on project locations
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office

Construction Superintendent
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing and performing the daily Superintendent responsibilities of specific projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards. The Superintendent role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the work flow process and working with other in-house personnel (e.g.: Project Managers, Project Coordinators etc.) and external personnel to produce a quality product. This position also includes the daily supervision of the field construction and to complete the work on schedule and within the budget. The Superintendent reports directly to the Project Manager and the VP of Construction.

5-10 years of experience as a construction superintendent
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in the construction industry with a general contractor engaged in general building construction
  • Prefer individuals with a degree focused in construction management, building construction, engineering, construction science or architecture
  • Prefer individuals with 3 - 10 years experience as Superintendent, Government experience preferred
  • Knowledge of a wide range of construction materials, methods, and techniques
  • Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry
  • OSHA 30-hour certification

Project Engineer
The Project Engineer completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements. Leebcor Services, LLC is looking for a Project Engineer candidate. This position requires the development of project objectives by reviewing and creating work plans, submittals for Superintendent and QC manager on Federal DOD projects. Project responsibilities include identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; assisting in minor design work using CAD; preparing budget proposals; and reviewing bids from contractors as assistance to field team.

  • Combination of high school diploma with Project Engineer experience and certifications will be considered, prefer B.S. in Construction
