Leebcor Services is the prime contractor for the design and construction an SOF Combat Services Support Center at Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek-Fort Story in Virginia Beach, Va. for SEAL Team 6. The SOF Combat Services Support Center is comprised of two buildings: a 25,000 square-foot two-story administration building and a 10,000 square-foot adjacent warehouse. The administration building will contain personnel work spaces, training functions and individual storage cages, split between two floors. The first floor will provide for gear storage, as well as restroom and shower facilities, and laundry capabilities. The second floor will house private offices, open work areas, and training and conference rooms. The warehouse will provide open storage space, work spaces, shop spaces, and office space. Anticipated completion on this project is in November 2015.
