Leebcor Services, as prime contractor, utilized a two-phase schedule to convert existing office space into restrooms, and to demolish and rebuild existing restrooms at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond, Va. Our approach minimized the impact on daily operations of the fully functioning medical center. All work was accomplished in less than five months. This was a multi-phase project that included various shutdowns with dust and air protection equipment to maintain a safe, clean work environment for surrounding, on-going hospital activities. Finishes included high end, mosaic porcelain tile with LEED efficient bathroom fixtures.
